David Lynch’s Quinoa Recipe

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Total Time: 30 minutes

Servings: 2-3

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups water
  • Salt to taste
  • Marigold Boullion
  • Organic vegetables of choice
  • Bragg’s Liquid Aminos (to taste)
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions:

  1. Rinse quinoa thoroughly in cold water using a fine-mesh strainer.

  2. In a medium saucepan, combine quinoa and water.

  3. Bring to a boil over high heat.

  4. Add organic vegetables of choice – David used organic broccoli 
  5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15-20 minutes or until water is absorbed and quinoa is tender.

  6. Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.

  7. Fluff with a fork.

  8. Season with salt and Bragg’s Liquid Aminos to taste.
