David Lynch’s Quinoa Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups water
- Salt to taste
- Marigold Boullion
- Organic vegetables of choice
- Bragg’s Liquid Aminos (to taste)
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions:
Rinse quinoa thoroughly in cold water using a fine-mesh strainer.
In a medium saucepan, combine quinoa and water.
Bring to a boil over high heat.
- Add organic vegetables of choice – David used organic broccoli
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15-20 minutes or until water is absorbed and quinoa is tender.
Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
Fluff with a fork.
Season with salt and Bragg’s Liquid Aminos to taste.
